If anyone is looking for a Disney travel agent Tracy LeCompte is absolutely AMAZING!! She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right! She helps with every aspect of the planning and keeps her clients informed of any updates that need to be known. She makes maps of each park highlighting what rides to do first and what snacks to check out. We are a group of 15 and had a few hiccups along the way and she spent hours on the phone with Disney to save us money! I can not say enough about this lady, she's wonderful!! Tracy was so patient with me and helped explain the process and ins and outs of the different hotels and park tickets and restaurant reservations. She gave such great advice! I especially appreciate her help in reminding me of time frames to get things done ahead of the trip. She was so respectful of my budget and helped me find the right place to stay that would be most beneficial for the needs of my family. I set every alert I could think of but I never would’ve gotten half of them without Tracy! She made sure everything was set up and connected, and when I had a concern about if everything was synced, she got on the phone with Disney to make sure everything was lined up just right, saving me hours of waiting on the phone! I am super happy with my experience with Tracy! We went during the Hurricane, and our plans (magical extras) were affected, and she worked so hard to keep in touch with me about updates, refunds, etc and she even got us a breakfast reservation too, and kept tabs on other reservations we might’ve been interested in. She helped with the memory maker photos missing from our account and even was responsive in a timely manner during our park days whenever I had a question or problem. My first time at Disney was a success with the help of Tracy.
